For those who aren’t familiar, HOTEC is an Expo organised by the Fiji Hotel and Tourism Association for suppliers to the Hospitality Industry to showcase their products and services to the tourism industry.

Our last HOTEC event was in 2019 and had been shelved during the lockdown. But this year we are back, bigger and better! HOTEC is wide-acknowledged as Fiji’s leading annual hospitality tradeshow which incorporates all aspects of goods and services for our multi-faceted industry.

Local and international exhibitors participate at HOTEC and in 2022, the interest level is particularly high due to its absence over the past few weeks.

So, we are accepting registrations from interested parties hoping to exhibit their goods and services at the event.

There are only a few booths available so register today to avoid disappointment!

Our first ever symposium Fiji Hotel and Tourism Association (FHTA) has the pleasure of introducing its inaugural FHTA Tourism Talanoa Symposium which will take place at the same time as HOTEC 2022 (from October 27th to 28th, 2022, at the Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort).

The theme for the Symposium is “Working towards a Sustainable, Marketable, Agile, Resilient and Travel-ready (SMART) Industry.”

The focus of the two-day “talanoa” type event is to provide operators with the opportunity to engage with a range of stakeholders to generate dialogue that promotes positive momentum as Fiji’s Tourism continues its recovery post COVID.

A wide range of panellists is being invited to share various challenges and opportunities within the industry, research and development insights and initiatives, digital and traditional marketing tools and our corporate and strategic goals in moving the industry forward.

Contact for more information about registering as a delegate and if you register by the end of today (Friday 12th August 2022) you qualify for the early bird special! Seats are selling quick so register today to avoid disappointment!
